Good afternoon from cold and sunny Las Vegas Nevada.
Where I left you last, mom still hadn’t gotten a property yet. It’s only one day later, but I don’t think her realtor is very good so we’re still waiting and Mom and I are sleeping in a hotel again tonight. Luckily, my aunt and uncle are letting me stay with them the next two weeks.
I’ve been shown an unbelievable amount of kindness the past few days. My mom’s bosses are letting me use a free office, my aunt is letting me stay with them, and everyone I talk to wants to help in some way, even if it’s just an ear. I’m so grateful to be surrounded by lovely people during this period of instability, and it’s what’s pushing me to get my work done.
This morning at 7am after my morning workout and breakfast, and started by attending a public speaking class called Toastmasters online which I embedded into my social posts. It was really cool and I’m going to go again next week.
