A story for you
When she was 15, a girl named Kayleigh Williamson started running with her mom. She competed in her first race, 10 miles, a year later.
Since then, Kayleigh, who has Down syndrome, has completed 20 marathons, and recently completed the Boston Marathon.
I make my point at the end.

Struggles and what went well
Struggles:
The biggest struggle today is I’m running out of time. I still have a lot of energy, but the day is almost done. There aren’t enough hours in this one.
What went well:
I’m so happy I was able to be so productive today. I got through a lot of things I was putting off and I’m excited to work tomorrow and enjoy my Sunday.
I’m also becoming more ok with pacing myself.
Key takeaway
You know Kayleigh at the beginning? she ran the marathon in 10 hours 9 minutes and 11 seconds, but I bet you didn’t wonder about that until I brought it up, and you were much more focused on the facts she had finished the race despite obstacles.
People won't notice you until you win, but when you get the win, that’s what they won't notice how long it took.
The end
